For purposes of our Membership & Accreditation Association and insurance we are required to keep the records for at least 7 years following the last occasion on which treatment was given. In the case of treatment to minors, records should be kept or at least 7 years after they reach the age of majority (18).
In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
