This innovative course offers times for reflections, class discussions, explanations of the latest neuroscience, and a weekly exploration of meditation and mindfulness through body awareness, movement, sound and the breath.
It opens up possibilities of leading a holistic life with very simple and practical practices that can be incorporated smoothly and effortlessly into your daily routine. You will be encouraged to find your own unique rhythm and what works best for you.
No previous experience is needed; all will get opportunities to deepen their meditative practice if they already have one, and contribute to the building of a compassionate, caring and supportive community.
