Practical Energy Management Skill Workshop 4 – Managing Our Energy in Day to Day Life

In this, the first of three Practical Energy Management Skill Workshops, suitable for those who are sensitive, energetically open and who often feel drained for no apparent reason, we will explore: daily practices to keep you clear, grounded and positive; how to choose when to be energetically open and sensitive or not and how to know if your energy is clear or unclear; how people, places, food and drink can affect your energy; case studies of situations that can energetically challenge you, such as public transport, crowded spaces, aircraft, pubs, hospitals etc. Through exploring the ancient wisdom traditions, group discussions, the use of a real time aura imaging system and a range of practical techniques you will feel empowered to better manage your energy on a day to day basis.
Everyone will take away a 2 page print out that will illustrate your Aura, how energetically open you are and what steps you can take to better manage your daily energy.
We recommend that to get the most out of the above workshop, you should consider attending Energy Management Workshops I-III as they provide much of the theoretical and practical underpinning for this workshop.
