She has been involved with teaching in psychology and the field of personal development/counselling and Gestalt since 1981, as well as creative writing as a therapeutic approach.
At 30 she had a deeply transformative, spontaneous and unexpected awakening which permanently changed her life and consciousness. She began studying many Eastern and western approaches of the subtle dimensions of experience, such as yoga, breath work, shamanism, astrology, different forms of healing, incl. reiki. cranial sacral therapy, voice work, movement and dance, tarot and the I Ching, and has been integrating these deeply into her work with others. This has helped her to develop a truly holistic approach to working with others that respects the full spectrum of the diverse human experience including the spiritual dimensions.
